"The woman who helped us during checkout was very rude and was also on her cellphone. Never once did she offer to help us. She also asked for contact information at checkout and did not tell us what it being used for so my mom declined because she didn’t want her information being used for an unknown reason. It was the lady with the long black hair and glasses. I will not be coming back to this location if this is how your employees treat customers."
"Overall, they had what I needed, but the worker basically ran around following me, my daughter and husband like we were there to steal. I get loss prevention, but no one wants a scary looking lady literally jogging around the corner to keep an eye on you. I had to jog to get my 1 yr old daughter bc she wanted to look in all of the mirrors while my husband bought Christmas presents. Just need to be a lot more tactful bc I definitely will just shop online vs going there to be treated like a thief."
"We had some questions about shoes which neither of the salespeople could answer. I've been in there before when the salesperson was very helpful. A small store but they have a fairly good selection of shoes. Also, if they don't have your size, they can be ordered."
"The people here are always super helpful! They will even go as far as placing orders for you to have either delivered to your house or in-store pickup if you cannot find what you were looking for. I usually am there about every 3 months because of the amount of walking I do at work. I've gotten to know the staff quite well and have lost track of the amount of shoes I have purchased over the last several years. They're also quite reasonably priced and I love hitting up their buy one get one half-off sales which I believe are once every 3 months. A must go and I definitely recommend! Five stars!"
"I like this place!! Plenty of parking. It is handicap accessible but it is a long walk for someone disabled. The store is very clean. They do have a lot of different styles. I get good deals here and the buy one get one 1/2 off is a plus. You can sometimes find better prices but only a few bucks. The employees are always helpful and kind. The only dislike is that many times my size is not available. I would reccomend shopping here."
