Chef Marino, a Medina native, brings years of culinary experience to the table, having worked in various restaurants and country clubs across the country. Since opening the Corkscrew Saloon, he has received rave reviews for his steaks, prime rib, seafood, and salads. Executive Sous Chef Mike, with his passion for culinary arts, has been an integral part of the restaurant since 2008. And Chef David, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, adds his expertise in Classic French Cuisine to the team.

"Could not have asked for a nicer experience on my Birthday. Tom our server was as good as they get. Our food was top notch. The outside patio was beautiful with a fountain and waterfall with ducks swimming in it. This will always be our go to for a perfect experience!"
"From the time you first park in the parking lot and see the serene pond/outdoor seating area, to when you enter the front door of this beautifully restored historic home, you realize this is more than just any other restaurant. It’s a place to enjoy spending time in a piece of history while sharing good bourbon with friends over locally sourced craft made food. You owe it to yourself to try it at least once, if not make it s regular spot for you and your loved ones. The bourbon choices are out of this world and the food selection is exquisite!! All this, plus excellent service!!"
