"Being a new patient, I made an appointment with Dr. Cortez which I had to wait 2 1/2 months to get in to see her, I made an appointment in the Eaton office which was closest where I lived, she told me where it was and be there 15 minutes early for paperwork, the day of my appointment, I drove 1/2 hour away, to find out they were not there at that office that day, the lady across the hall said they only are at that office every other Tuesday, they made me an appointment for the wrong Tuesday, they were in Dayton, I called them when I got home, they said they made the appointment for the wrong Tuesday for the Eaton office, they had me for the Dayton office, she acted like it was no big deal, "it happens'" as she said and wanted to make me another appointment, where I would have to wait another 2 1/2 months, I don't think so, I made an appointment with another doctor, still have to wait another 2 months, they should have made it right and offered to get me in as soon as possible like the next day, they didn't even offer. The person who does the making appointments should know where the doctor is going to be before they make a patient wait for 2 1/2 months to get in and find out the doctor is not at the office. POOR SCHEDULING!"
