She talks you through what she's doing in a calming, yet energetic voice that lets you know this isn't just routine for her. She really does love what she does. It's clear in the customer service she provides. She greets people with a smile and welcoming personality and truly lets you know through her actions that she values us as people, not just customers. Aside from not particularly excited about having a needle-stick, my morning was rough after a difficult couple of weeks. From the moment Jaime called me in she was like a human care bear. In the 5 or 6 minutes it took her to draw the blood required, I could feel the shift in my attitude and joining in her amazing vibe. She renewed my spirit by being a pleasant human being to be around."

She was able to quickly assist me in answering why she didn't have an order for my grandmother's blood draw, and then how to resolve it. She helped me through that process AND did the blood draw in under 15 minutes. It was apparent she loved her job and I would highly recommend coming to see her if you ever need any lab work!"
