"Just sat and watched the ladies in the jewelry department ask every other customer for a phone number for their rewards. When I FINALLY got to check out I had to prompt her to put mine in. Maybe today in my work clothes and unshaven face made me look like I don't shop here. I actually shop here a lot. Buying all my Team hoodies and shirts and jeans. So does my wife and my mother. I think today was it for me. I'm tired of spending my money to not get the same service as everyone else. No matter the circumstances. I'll shop online."

"I tried to place an online order around 11 pm on 10/15/23 in order to use a coupon . I took advantage of the credit card offer in order to get an additional 35% off. However I was unable to use it or the credit card. I called customer service and they were closed. I called synchrony. Bank and they couldn’t help I placed a smaller order without the additional discount and was charged $8.95 shipping fee. I cancelled the order By now I am beyond frustrated . This isn’t the first time I have had issues with JCPennys , I purchased 2 mattress sets several months ago and had nothing but delivery issues and credit card issues. In defense the store tried to handle that situation the best they could but it was never resolved . The old saying one dissatisfied customer will tell 10 people, who will tell 10 people etc. service is not your strong point"
