"I bought my dress from David’s Bridal Canton, loved the dress but envisioned it with sleeves to cover up my arms which are a major insecurity of mine. I got to meet with the alterations team who was so friendly, fun and helped me with everything! Showed up for an appointment today to try on my dress with the sleeves that Claire hand made for my dress and it was a completely different dress in the best way possible! I felt even more beautiful in the dress than originally when I tried it on without the sleeves! They are perfectly handmade and make my dress 283030 times better. Alterations team at this location has kept me posted every step of the way and have been amazing!!! Thank you all for everything!"
"I had the best time shopping for my wedding dress for the first time yesterday! Skylar was so helpful in picking out what kind of style I wanted and gave honest feedback. Not to mention how down-to-earth she was! She was entertaining and so polite! The store had so many options, and a variety of styles! "Skyler at the belden village store was truly so fun. Super easy to work with, asked the right questions and had a good sense of humor to lighten the stress of trying on dresses. Worked hard to find a style I was reviewing as well as stayed within budget. I thought on it and went back the same day, she remembered me right away. Worked to get me the right combination swatches to consider and confirmed the loyalty rewards to get the discount as well. Smiled the whole way. David’s gets sometimes a bad rap from other brides about their customer service. I took a chance today and walked out with a new friend and the dress of my dreams in budget!"
"The Bridel store at first I was nervous of going in there. But it looks like I decided on a dress. Jordan waa my helper she did an excellent Job. Very professional and made my friend and I feel comfortable about us going in there to try on wedding dresses. She helped us on whatever I decided on trying on. It was nice for Jordan to help me out. I didn't feel pushed or forced into making a decision about a dress."
