"The clothes are so much cuter now than when I started going and the store is always having "promotions" which make them super affordable. Only problem I have is that the empolyees are not always the most attentive. They do not watch the fitting rooms and often let a line form before they will come and help"
"The worst experience ever, I walked through out the store for nearly a half an hour with my two daughters and a friend and the entire time we were in the store we were not approached for any help and could not find any associate willing to help, instead they wanted to hang out and talk with friends, finally we found what we needed and because there was no organization or system just people standing around, I had 3 mind you 3 customers cut in front of me in line and when I finally made it to the register, the associate has no answers to my questions. Is there a number I can call about the service I received today? Is there a card or can I speak to the manager? She just whispered to another associate and told me my total of my bill? THAT WAS MY EXPERIENCE AT BELDEN AEROPOSTALE SALESPERSON #9 Hope this store hires better help soon! Because I have always liked the clothing and style and so does the rest of my family!! I have had well over 20 years of customer retail experience and I wish the training I received was still apart of the hiring process!!"
