"Went to Canton Rainbows on 12/20/23. I had my receipt with original tags. I was told by Customer Service I was not allowed to return & exchange. They told me I had to go back to Barberton. To the original store I purchased it at. I never have had such bad Service. I will not go back and shop at that location."

"The staff is rude and the website hours are wrong… this was very irritating because my child needed to exchange a item before a 8am flight the next day and the location doesn’t open until 10am… macys or kohls would never! That’s what I get for trying to be cheap… smh"
