"this is the best LB in the area. Very helpful associates, and a great selection of their active wear, Livi, and the intimates. Clothing wise they kinda ebb and flow with stuff that's really modern and fun, but then you find "old lady" looking stuff. And I say that being an old lady! But who wants to dress that way? Besides, what they sell is not the stores doing, that's corporate."
"I went in to exchange a bra and find the correct size. The staff was way too busy doing absolutely NOTHING to help me find a replacement. When I asked for help they were not friendly and definitely didn't want to be bothered. I will never shop at this location again. So disappointing."
"I get they are short staffed but there was staff in there while I was browsing. Not one of them greeted or acknowledged me nor offered any assistance. Thankfully I found a couple great bras, but that was the most unhelpful visit I have ever had at a Lane Bryant. Will pick another location next time."
