"Not friendly. No one greeted us or asked if we needed help. After paying for my items the cashier placed my change and receipt on the counter. I normally wouldn't purchase from such a place, but my daughter needed a last minute outfit. Customer service sucks!!"
"They do not allow you to try on clothes at this clothing store. The only store I have been to that does not allow you to try on before buying. They also have a "No Refund" policy. You can only get an in-store credit if the clothes do not fit right or lack the quality you need. I will not shop there again"
"The store isn’t being kept organized. There is paper on the floor in the shoe area and the shoe boxes are disheveled. Two employees there today who aren’t greeting or helping customers that need shoes or fitting rooms. Waited for some time to use the fitting room. Employee using her cell phone and looked at the line of people waiting for the fitting room then continued to walk to the Employee area in the back. Bad service. No music in the store either. Just kind of weird?"
"Im disappointed. I had a return here and at Zumiez, I went to Zumiez first and pulled items out of bag, the tags were all intertwined, needless to say the tag that broke off was from Charlotte Russe. I went to return the shorts and because the tag was removed I was unable to return them. I explained what had just happened and they offered a gift card or an exchange, if I wanted these shorts I would have kept them..... seriously?! I HAVE THE RECEIPT AND TAGS. What's the issue.? Not to mention, they were rude."
