"The worst Dunkin in Fairfield. The person who took my order through the drive-thru didn't greet me. I just said, " What are you ordering?" i said, "Give one minute, please." No, okay, that fine nothing. They did give me the total when i pulled up to the window, and she still didn't greet me. I had to ask for the total. She just stuck her hand out the window. My coffee was hot sugar water with lots of foam, and my bacon was cold. I parked, gave them back the coffee, and didn't realize the bacon was cold until i was half down the street."

"1/26/24 Location is supposed to be open at 5 am. I arrived there at approximately 5:10 to get donuts for my team at work. The lights were completely off, doors locked and they had chairs blocking the entrance inside from the Shell Station. I saw 2 employees that were handling a customer at the drive thru, they initially ignored me. I asked if they were open or not and the woman said, yes, we'll be with you shortly. I'm the ONLY customer inside the store, lights STILL off. At least 10 minutes later, she came over and got the donuts for me. This was a horrible experience that caused me to be running extra behind getting to work. Management DO BETTER!"

"I've had this experince twice now with the same employee. The young lady with glasses that took my order never said a word. She walked up, looking exasperated by my presence. Then just stared at me expressionless until I ordered. I only knew she entered my order whenever the pos screen lit up. She then walked off, and returned a few minutes later with my coffee. She set it on the counter then walked away. Never a single word. Today same experience at the drive through. When I pulled up to the window, she just stuck her hand out, took my card, returned it, then shut the window. It's just weird. Unless she's mute. Which in that case maybe a sign or a card that she could hand to customers explaining her disability would be helpful."

"The girl who took order and prepared coffee was absolutely miserable and sour face. Although i wanted sugar free coconut flavor in my coffee she put regular hazelnut in it."

"Not my experience, but a friends… She got coffee from this location and took one sip and was disgusted. She opened her cup to find orange grease residue on the top 1.5 inches of her cup with residue also in her coffee, a white line exposed from the sip she took. The lady at the counter then tried to play it off as sprinkle residue from the donuts…. First off, why would you give anybody code with residue from ANYTHING in it?! Second, how are you going to try to play it off as sprinkles when there is residue sticking to the lining of the cup itself?!?!? Lastly, let’s be real… sprinkles would sink to the bottom of the cup not float and leave little oily residue on top of the coffee… This location needs to really retrain their staff of the health standard that are put in place by LAW!!! If this employee was this careless and tried to play it off as nothing, what’s to say this hasn’t happened before and to how many other it could also happen to??? You literally gave somebody a cup used for draining USED OLD GREASE!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!"
