Applebee's Grill + Bar

"Came in for dinner with my family at 8:30 and they close at midnight. There was plenty of employees and they only had about a dozen customers in total there. We were turned away and told it was over a 2 hour wait to be seated because the system was down and they have to do everything by hand. Really you can't seat a table, get thier order and make it without a computer system. This isn't the 1st time they have done something like this but it will be the last. Me and my family will never set foot in this restaurant again."

"We were seated at 4:30, 30 minutes before happy hour ended. Our server Paula took our order but never brought our appetizers. We got our entree and drinks, and around 5:15 we asked about our appetizer. She told us that she didn’t think we still wanted the appetizer since we had ordered other food. What?? This would be fine and an honest mistake if they still honored the half price appetizer price, but they didn’t. She failed to put our appetizer order in, which we ordered during happy hour, and it was one of the included appetizers, and told us it would be full price now that we pointed it out AFTER happy hour ended. It should be half price since we ordered during happy hour! It really seems like she tried to get our bill higher to get a higher tip, and it did not work out for her. Just give good service if you want a good tip!"

"We had a good time trying out the many appetizers which were half price during happy hours. Our server Makayla was personalble, courteous and helpful. The fried cheese curds although that is probably not the official name were probably the best ive ever had. The boneless chicken wings to my surprise were of a cool not quite warm temperature which may be a result of how they stage item before saucing. Correct temperature on wings need improvement. The powdered donut desert was "on point". The picture only shows six but we started with a total of ten. We also had the chicken quesadilla and the pretzel sticks. Both were good but did not excite like the fried cheese."

"Ordered our burgers plain and they came with a full garden on them fries were over cooked and the motz stir were luke warm. Thankfully won’t have to worry about eating at this establishment again."

"It was a long time coming. Hadn't been to Bee's in such a long time. I was asked by my loving daughter, where I want to eat for my birthday. We were accommodated by our waitress as other family members arrived late. She was gracious to our family when they needed extra sevice. She made Sunday March 19th my bithday dinner the highlight of my day. And I just want her to know that."
