"I used to love this place,in Ross,Oh.but three different times I got carry out orders the rice was not done! The first time they made sure our meals were replaced, the second time they looked at me like I was not being truthful until I insisted they taste the rice they were serving, the third time I didn't even call or go back. I'm done. The one in Fairfield is good never had a problem."
"If you order any of the burritos you basically paying 12.50 for 25cents worth of rice and a 10 cent wrap Because they do not but enough meat on anything you order. I mean come on 1 tablespoon of chicken for this wrap is ridiculous and the when you ask for extra it's 2.50 for 1 more tablespoon This food is not worth the money for what you get"
"the staff was friendly, but the old cranky manager was a real piece of work. She was very rude the entire time I was there. I ordered two burritos and my boyfriend opened his wrapper to take a bite and there was literally a spider on his food! Went back in to get a refund and the manager was still so rude to us. very disgusted and disappointed"
"Went to this location for the first time around beginning of May. Ordered a bowl, nothing else, nothing extra. Was charged about $10.50 for the bowl. Also was out of honey BBQ sauce that day. I went in again beginning of June. The day I went in, I was the very first customer. Ordered the same bowl and was charged $9.25. The lettuce you could tell was not fresh as it already started turning brown. The onion and peppers looked like they hit the pan for 5 second. Will never come back to this location."
"10/10 amazing food! SAUCY! YUMMY! TASTY! The manager came out from the back to help with the rush. She made sure all my portion sizes were excellent. Didn’t rush me through the line and made sure I picked out everything I wanted. The rice was a little hard, but that is something I’ve experienced at hotheads all over for years! They are known for their sauces, so load it up! She made sure I got everything I wanted. Love their jalapeños & pineapple mixture. I love both chipotle and hothead, but hothead just has that extra yummy with all the extra special tasty ingredients. Sauces: Spicy sauce for chicken, sour cream, sweet habanero, ranch They have zucchini & squash & that was a PERFECT touch. $12 for large bowl, medium queso, & chips! Now that’s a deal!!"
