Hot Head Burritos

"My burrito was cold the girl that made it put 0 effort into making it. The protein portion size get less and less every time I order. I have gone to other Hot Head restaurants and had much better experiences. Management should really put more effort into teaching customer service they are never busy for a reason. Service with an attitude delivering a poorly put together product at an excessive price for the product being served."

"This hot head location in Fairfield always does a great job. Great portions delicious food and more sauces to try than Chipotle. I got the burrito bowl with barbacoa and chicken. Everything was delicious!"

"Really started to enjoy this spot more lately. It has made subtle changes for improvement and is a fantastic spot for a quick lunch grab. The taco Tuesdays have great value and they offer lots of other deals too. The mango habanero is my new favorite sauce."

"This is what you receive when u order from this location through a third-party carrier. I received 3 tacos - which all looked like this - plus no sour cream or sweet habanero sauce was put on them and both items are listed on my order and receipt. And although u can't see the rice and black beans, there is approximately 2 teaspoons of rice and 8 black beans on each taco. I know this restaurant trains their staff to portion all of their servings, but this is no where near the amount of rice, beans, Pico, or corn that they are supposed to serve, and like I mentioned previously, I also requested Sour Cream and Sweet Habanero sauce be included on my tacos and neither of these toppings were put on any of the tacos at all. Obviously, I'm very dissatisfied with my experience.. Edit - after posting the above, I read through some other reviews. Why does the owner only respond to the rare 5 star reviews and not to the numerous 1 star reviews with complaints? If there was only a few 1 star reviews, I could understand, but seeing as there are so many, one would think the franchise owner would WANT to address the issues rather than ignoring them. I also notified corporate with my complaint - hopefully they will address my concern."

"I was very pleasantly surprised with my first visit here. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and they have fresh food. I have always heard it compared to Chipotle. Chipotle does not have the awesome cookies or brownies. HH does not have guacamole. I guess it depends on your mood, but I am certainly looking forward to going back. I had a create your own this time, but will probably have the chicken teriyaki next time. The meat was seasoned and fresh as were the veggies, rice and beans. I am not a spicy food lover, so I really liked that they have mikd options. Well done!"
