"The wait was eternal, I watched at least one person get tired of waiting in the drive thru line and drive off, and two people inside got refunds and left. We had already paid through the app or we might have done the same. Once we had our order and got home, we find that they had given us someone else's receipt, and forgot one of our chicken nuggets and fries. The fries we DID receive were stone cold and they gave us butter for our chili instead of the sour cream we asked for, as well as forgetting the spoons for both frosties."

"I think I will come to this Wendy's from now on. I had a single with cheese and it was the best one I have had in the Hamilton/Fairfield area. My friend got the new item loaded nacho Burger and he said he liked it except for some crunchy things inside. I had the fries and Frosty and everything seemed fresh and as usual..fast service. The lady taking our order at The counter could have been a little friendlier and she didn't seem to know about some of the foods that were served. Other than that minor complaint we will definitely be back."
