"i go out of my way in the mornings to go to this dunkin specifically on my way to work. i have a weirdly specific order and they fulfill it perfectly every time. staff is friendly and i am in and out of there so quickly. the other dunkins in the fairfield/hamilton can not compete to this one."

"Nothing to be happy about here. I got to this place on the 11/25/23 at 6:28pm. The young lady at the window taking the order was very disrespectful. Made me repeat the order multiple times while giggling in the background with her co-workers. When I got to the window, she took the payment without giving me a receipt (still distracted). She closed the window and disappeared. She then sent another co-worker to come ask me if I have already paid. I said yes. I got the coffee and saw multiple stickers on it saying different things. The coffee didn't taste like anything I have ordered. This is so disappointing."
"Terrell the manager is exceptional and efficient! He always has an outstanding performance when I roll up, my coffee is always made right at this location. Everyone is great!"
"By far the worst Duncan I've been to. The cashier was speaking very low. We cannot understand her. She also didn't know how to ring up drinks the correct way. The drinks did not taste right at all!! Was highly disappointed in this experience. I will stick to my local Independence, Kentucky location!"
