"The service is excellent here. There was a tall black guy ...don't know his name, working, getting orders prepared. He was very friendly and customer oriented. It was busy but he was on top of the orders and moved quickly. My order and my group of friends orders were all correct. He thanked us for coming there and insisted if we needed anything to let him know. This is how service and attitude should be but unfortunately in these days that's hardly the case. But when you do come across service individuals who are customer focused its very positive & refreshing. Needless to say I will be coming back to this location."
"They never answer the phone, rarely have egg whites in stock. I’ve never had the issue at the airport location so not sure what supply chain issues they have at this location or if it’s a management issue. Sandwiches are ever more pricey and they’ve joined Starbucks in prompting for a tip at the completion of your purchase….because an $8 bagel might as well be a $10 bagel!"
