"Got breakfast for my fiancé and myself on 2/21/24 our food was room temp after a 5 minute drive home. Our under cooked chicken resulted in us both getting food poisoning. Honestly I’ve had one to many bad experiences here and I think it’s best we discontinue our relationship with the franchise. We’ll be switching to raising canes"

"Service and chicken was excellent. However I had asked for a diet lemonade because I am diabetic and cannot have loads of sugar. I drank half of it and had a 35 minute drive home with my daughter and 2 month old grandson and on the way home I didn't feel right and could not stay in the lines and almost ran another car off the road. I had to pull over and my sugars were almost 400. I had to pull over take extra meds and sit fo an hour till my sugars came down. My daughter could not tell if the lemonade was real or fake sugar because she does not drink it. However I had my husband try it and he knew off the bat because he get the one with sugar. For me it's hard to tell anymore because of long covid and issues with taste and smell. Your employees need to be careful with things like this because some people have medical issues and heaven forbid I would of passed out and gotten into an accident. I have gone to the chick filet in parma for years and I always order the same thing without issue 3 tenders meal and a lemonade. Anything with lots of sugar will elaborate my diabetes. Please pay attention for future customers."
"I can’t figure out what the hype for this place. Waited in a long line to be served pieces of not so fresh cold pieces of french fries. Also ordered cheese on my sandwich and of course they forgot it. When I brought it to their attention they sent me out a piece of cheese thrown in a paper bag. If I wanted to prepare my own sandwich I would have stayed home."
