"Normally thrilled with Pabera. We live buying bagelbs there and lunch. Our bagels were dry and hard. This is the second Panera in the past two months where the bagels were awful. We are normally very happy with them. What's up?"
"I am a doordasher and constantly get orders from this restaurant. Just recently I learned the girls name that is always more than willing to talk to me. Her name is Kiesha and she always has the best customer service and always has a smile on her face! If I wasn’t a doordasher I would always come back to see her!"
"Avoid this place at all costs. We tried to use the app for the $1 soup and after 25 min. it wouldn't work so the manager tried to help order it on their app but still, wouldn't work. We spent over a half hour JUST TRYING TO ORDER! Worst part is that they wouldn't compensate for THEIR technology not working. She could have easily ordered it on the register and provided positive customer service by honoring something she clearly saw was broken in their system. Couldn't ring up my order correctly. Never going there again."
"I didn't think I'd enjoy my lunch as much as I did here. Besides the prices everything was great. The black forest ham melt and the French onion soup was on point!!! Don't forget the chocolate croissant on your way out!!"
"Asked for mac and cheese, got a French onion soup, went back to fix it and got another soup. To mess up once is fine, but twice?!"
