"I had been looking for a therapist coming from Kentucky, I didn't know who was who, and I looked at reviews, to pick out a therapist and I'm so happy...the office staff are so helpful and friendly...my therapist is Toni Peters and she is awesome! She listens, she gives me such great information to help me with my anxiety and depression, also I talk to her about my past, and she hooked me up to a specialist in PTSD..if your looking for a great doctor/ therapist/psyc. Look no more, cause you will find all the kindness her. Toni is a God sent and so is the whole staff!"

"Very rude experience today. I've been going here for years but today the pharmacy had messed up my prescription and I called the office to let them know. Well the office lady yelled at me and told me this was ridiculous and I must have been overtaking my medicine. Well I called the pharmacy and I Wasn't in the wrong at all. I had all the proof and even extra meds left over. I really deserve an apology."

"It's too bad that the phone issues and office staff have given this place a bad reputation, because this is the best care I have ever received! It has always been over the phone, which I don't mind personally, since I have trouble managing appointments. I have never actually spoken to Dr. Lunderman, and am entirely managed by a CNP who is the nicest and most professional person I have ever received care from. She truly listens to how I feel about medications and doesn't push over-medication. Additionally she chats to me about my life and actually remembers and cares about what I have going on. She helped refer me to get a proper diagnosis after being misdiagnosed and having my concerns dismissed for YEARS. So grateful for her help. It IS difficult to get a hold of the office and reschedule, so try your hardest to keep phone reminders so that you don't miss an appointment. I would also recommend scheduling for a day you know you have off of work, as calls tend to run over and so often my call is often 20-60 minutes late. That, or get scheduled early as possible so that there is less chance of your call being late. (On the one or two occasions that I missed my call, my CNP did call me again at the end of her day so that I didn't have to reschedule, which was amazing of her, although I don't know if everyone there does this.)"

"Jean Budding is an amazing psychiatrist and I would give her 5 stars if I could rate her separately. My issue is with the office receptionists, they refuse to answer any calls and they rarely get back to you. In order to combat this I’ve been driving up there once a month because every month for the last 3-4 months they have messed up my ADHD medication refill. Last Friday when I drove down there they said they would fix my appointment dates so that they align with my refills and that they sent in a refill for me that Friday after noon. Of course when I go to pick up my medication from the pharmacy, they say my doctors never sent in the refill and I’ll have to talk with them again. So I went Friday through Sunday with no medication. It is now Monday, and I’m having to make that thirty minute drive to their office just to do their jobs for them because they’re obviously incompetent and incapable of handling their responsibilities."

"Had been calling and calling for appointments. They set them but never call. Had to go to the er a week ago to get my meds refilled while they claimed to be work with me. They set me up an appointment without telling me. When I called in the middle of a crisis to tell them they need to talk to me before scheduling I was laughed at by Toni and told if I was her I’d already had the day off. I explained that I was in a mental crisis and needed help. She then began to get rude with me before hanging up on me multiple while in crisis. The fourth call was merged with the crisis care unit, when I told her I would not talk to her and wanted to talk to someone I was told I’d never use their Facility again, that she wasnt doing this and was hung up on again while crisis care listened. I had to do to the emergency room to get my meds for a second time and have put in a formal complaint with the Board of Medicine and Board or Nursing"
