"Some how our appointment was cancelled and they didn’t have a space available for us when we showed up. Wasn’t too happy about it but after talking to the kind nurse that admitted it was her mistake she went above and beyond to apologize and make it right. We always have this nurse and she is so great with the kids! I can’t believe I don’t know her name. Dr. Daso is our go to doctor and was able to slip us into her schedule that day. To make the our experience even better is the second nurse that administered the shots. She was so great with my son, explaining everything she was doing in detail. She had a lovely kindness and calmness to her that totally rubbed off on my son. Not sure if she is new because I have never seen her before. Thanks for always taking care of our two sons!"

"While the Dr’s. Are nice, the receptionist I spoke with today was absolutely rude and disrespectful. In the almost 18 years my daughter has been going to this practice we have never been treated so rudely or poorly by a receptionist. I will be looking g for a new pediatrician for the rest of our family immediately."
