"I've gone twice so far with my Bernese Mountain Dog. I've done baths, de- shedding and a little bit of snipping. She even did nail cutting and teeth brushing. I've been very pleased both times. He looks and smells great! Most importantly to me, my dog is NOT an anxious mess. I always appreciate a place that makes my dog feel comfortable! Last time I picked him up, he was leashed and sleeping on the floor. It's a small business and NOT crazy with dogs barking and whining. Which I enjoy! In my opinion Olivia is very pleasant to work with. She is very friendly, professional and timely. I also believe her pricing is fair for all that's offered and she most definitely deserves a good tip!"
