"Put me on hold for 30min no answer just to find out they went on lunch brake while leaving me on hold"

"We choose Walmart for our prescriptions because we travel a lot. The ease of transferring from one Walmart to another is great! We call or arrange on the app and we get a text when ready and the price. Occasionally we have to stop by the window to update our ins info-it doesn’t always transfer, however, over the last few months it’s been working great. Rarely do we have an issue of any delays, 95% of the time they are quick and thorough. We do ask our dr to call in rxs direct when needing refills, we don’t wait for Walmart to followup on that, it usually takes time. Our dr calls it in and rxs are ready that same day. Streetsboro Walmart has worked well with us over the last 2 months transferring and filling rxs. The staff is polite and helpful. The pharmacists have been informative. They have a lot on their plate and always fill our rx accurately. 5 stars."

"This pharmacy is a absolute joke. Refuse to disclose on the phone if they have something in stock. (I have never been refused this information before and other walmarts have no issue disclosing) I will not drive 45 mins for you guys to tell me "oh its not in stock" which its NEVER in stock even though I was told a while back that it would be kept in stock since it was a regular monthly script. My son can't go without his medication. Switch to Rite Aid...better customer service and they always have things in stock!!"

"Customer service is poor. Had 3 bad experiences. Can’t remember the 1st but the 2nd they didn’t have so they had to order it. Waited for a text or call and didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks so I went to check up on the prescription and they told the vendor was out of stock. So I called the doctor and told what they said. Later that day I received a text it was ready and it was the same script. Funny it vendor has it that day and they were able to deliver it to them. 3rd and last time I dropped off my prescription during my lunch and the tech looked it up In computer and told me they would have it ready in a few hours. Never received a text again but she said it would be ready so I drove the 20 mins out of my way for the pharmacist Tracy to tell me she didn’t feel comfortable filling it. Nice! No call or text. I have only one left and she refused to fill it. Now am nervous it won’t be filled at another store. I went to cvs told them what happen at Walmart and she look at all my medications and she said that should not big a problem. All my medications is from the same doctor so she knows what I can take or not take. A doctor ordered it. I had 2 other doctors agree what I am taking is exactly what I should be. That is not very professional not to give customers care. If they would of text or called I could of called the doctor and told hem the situation but they didn’t. Lack of customer care. When I left to go to Cvs I called to asked why did they lack following up with the customer or try calling the doctor again and talk to the nurse since the nurse or myself could of told them the doctor was on vacation. She never picked up the phone. What class we have."

"They deserve less than 1 star. Just like the rest of walmart, they never have what you need, when you need it. Been waiting 3 days for them to order my prescriptions, and get em to the store. I call em to see if they finally have em, they have 2 of the 3, and told me to try back in a few days to see if they have the 3rd one or not. These aren't tv's, or clothes, these are prescriptions. People need them. Guess I'm just as much at fault for thinking that any part of a walmart would actually be able to do something right. I'll be switching pharmacies immediately. Thanks again walmart for helping me to further realize that all aspects of your stores are worthless."
