Quality Inn

"We arrived early and they allowed me to check in early. All personal were super friendly and helpful. We have a small dog and they allow pets. The beds were clean and very comfortable. They also serve breakfast I didn’t eat the breakfast as I’m not a breakfast person so I couldn’t tell you much about the breakfast. I originally was going to stay one night but ended up staying three nights. Thank you everyone for the 5 star treatment. You guys are awesome!!!"

"My husband and I were given a room with a broken door that didn’t lock or close correctly which is a huge safety concern!! We went to the office and their was no one around to help us out so we ended up keeping the room we had, only to find out our bed sheets hadn’t been washed and were covered in fresh bodily fluids and bloodstains. It took us until 4am to get a new room and we were promised a discount for the inconvenience. Upon checkout we didn’t receive any discount and were rushed out. I do not recommend staying here!! We will never book this hotel again!!"

"Everything owned by Choice Hotels is a complete joke. Our toilet didn’t flush for the first full day we were there and despite multiple calls down to the front desk requesting maintenance I ended up fixing the damn thing by myself and they have yet to refund me for that night we were without an extremely basic amenity. There is no communication between the staff and absolutely no sense of hospitality or customer service. I arranged a late check out and they still called me 20 minutes prior to the original check out time to ask if I would be checking out. I was opening presents with my family on Christmas Day. I explained that we had a late checkout and our keys were still deactivated when we returned to check out well before our agreed upon check out of noon. The staff is rude and incompetent and Choice Hotels is not worth your time."

"The "Quality" of these rooms do not live up to the website photos. Room was picked up but not clean. So much hair on the carpets, and in the washed towels. Some looked like that of a golden retriever while the rest was obviously staff. The handicapped shower was broken. The sink wouldn't drain. Staff was super nice when I asked for service in the room, and then nobody ever showed up. Day 2 we were told service on day 3 because we were a Stay over. The rates were great, but it's a case of you get what you pay for. Quality Inn's used to be higher value than the comfort inn in Choice Hotels portfolio... apparently not in OHIO"
