"Literally the worst WiFi in a hotel I’ve ever used. I couldn’t even stream a movie. Also the gym is the smallest hotel I have ever seen. Practically unusable. Nice staff and rooms were clean"

"the people (staff) were great.. but the room was sub par comparatively. we stay in Holiday Inn Express everywhere... room 206, but this was substandard for the same price. room has water damage, and the door lock was busted. bathroom door was crooked and weird color from like water damage or something. dry wall above the shower is soft. the towel rack is floppy and felt like it's going to fall down at any second. mold above the bathtub.. desk light was crappie too.. fridge was off and warm upon arrival. room was clean, but the material condition of this room made it a 2.5 in our book. you dont book Gold Elite members in this kinda condition, or was that the gold elite room? will try again but will make sure to ask for a better room."

"My profile is for high floor, I was put on first floor. Room's wall are thin and you can hear everything. Room is also dimly lit, recommend bring lamp if you need to work or read."
