"My dog was injured and I wasn’t told. I had my one year old Shih-Tzu, Ava, groomed here in October or early November. When she arrived home she was acting completely out of character, unlike I’ve ever seen, and she’s been groomed 5 times before. She was squinting and her left eye couldn’t even open. Her eyes were swollen red and it was apparent that she was nicked around her eyes. Also appeared to be irritated/injured near her bottom. Nobody made me aware of this. It took her two weeks to make a recovery. Do not recommend."
"They take great care of my dog Ty and he always returns to me happy and looking great. We went to a number of groomers before finding Platinum Pooch. My dog is a Lagotto Romagnolo which require a unique cut. Until brining him here he always received the wrong style of cut returning looking like an overgrown bichon fries. Now he comes home looking just as he should"
