"The receptionists at this business are very disrespectful. I call to try and make an appointment for my dog and am immediately put on hold. I have waited fifteen minutes for a receptionist to get back to my call. I do not have time to put my life on hold while waiting for a receptionist to answer my call. This is disrespectful to potential clients. When they decide to take my call, I should put the receptionist on hold. How long would the receptionist wait?"

"They over charged me and no one ever called me back for a refund. I just dropped it and when I tried to board my dogs again they scheduled it and then called me back to say they had no room. Come to find out they won't let me board my dogs there because they said I'm always unhappy. Well of course I'm unhappy when I'm overcharged and nothing is done about it. But to say always is ridiculous because why would i continue to use boarding services if i was that unhappy? How can someone decide what my feelings are for me?Instead of saying there is no room why not say whats really the problem? The girl that works there (I don't know her name) and Cody have been nothing but rude to me from day one. Tommy is actually a very nice person and treats customers well."
"It's been ten - twelves years of stable, dedicated staff that gives me peace of mind and Spencer's comfort. My Spencer has a stable relationship with this incredible crew of people. I could not imagine any where else or anyone else to board him with. Always 100% in my book. Love is felt every time we go there be it boarding or grooming. We are blessed."
