"Rarely do I write a less than stellar review, but in this case it's warranted. After waiting 4 weeks for an appt, the owner cancelled the night before at 9pm. When asking to reschedule, requesting an afternoon appt, I was only given one option. When I explained this conflicted with something else on my schedule, the owner suggested I take my business elsewhere. I think others should be aware that this is how WBDG is run. I wonder how the pets are being treated, if this is how the owner treats their customers."

I was nervous about leaving my dog with ANYBODY but I had the pleasure of working with Hayley. She took her time with my dog and made his first groom a pleasant experience.
