"I called and set an appointment with this groomer from a referral. I double checked appointment time and date before loading up my pup and small child. I tried to reach out before hand and my call went to voice-mail. I of course assumed mayne she had another appointment or was on a call so I proceeded to drive to her home. When I arrived I knocked several times and called again. She then sent my call to voice-mail so I loaded back up and drove home. With gas being close to 4 dollars a gallon I am irritated I drove all the way there to be left on a front porch with zero response. In my opinion this is absolutely unprofessional and is not an experience I wish on anyone else."
