"If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid for the Furminator and nail trimming for my chocolate lab. When she came over to me, I picked up her paw, not only were the nails not filed, she had a nail that was bleeding. She was shaking scared, so, I gave her a big hug and started to pet her. She smelled like wet dog and hair was flying everywhere. She also had dried white stuff all over her snout???? I asked what they did to remove her loose hair (Furminator) and they said that they washed and dried her. What????? I asked for a brush and the attached picture is what I got off of her in their lobby during a 5 minute brushing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!"
"We had a great experience with the professional groomer at Wash Your Dog. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and cut our pup perfectly. We also loved that he was able to hang out with the other dogs there while he waited for us to pick him up. We’ll definitely be back!"
