"We’ve had our 1-year old husky mix in for grooming a few times with no issues, but last weekend we took him in and opted for the extra de-shedding ferminator package because he’s been shedding a lot. We were told he did great but after a couple days we noticed he was pretty miserable and developed sores all over his back. He was in A LOT of pain. Our vet put him on antibiotics and anti-inflammatory meds and explained that he had tons of cuts on his skin from the deshedding tool. They are now scabbing over and he’s super itchy. There are hundreds or more of them! I called the grooming manager Kevin and he was kind and appreciative of the call. He said he’d give us free grooming in the future which won’t be necessary because we will not be coming back. I just wanted to make sure nobody else has this happen in the future!"

"I've been coming here a long time and tonight they lost my business and a good sale. I went in to purchase dog food, a fish tank and some new fish. I have been breeding fish for over 10 years. The woman getting the fish out for me thought it was a good idea to catch an attitude and tell me what I can and cannot do in regards to fish. She said I wasn't allowed to get my fish tonight because I had to wait 48 hours to cycle my new 5 gallon tank. Little did she know, I already have a cycled tank at home with perfect parameters. She didn't even ask if I already had fish, she just assumed I was an idiot trying to put new fish in an uncycled tank. I know what I'm doing... So thank you, for allowing me to take my business somewhere that won't tell me what I already know."

"Terrible service. Went in to get a fish for my 4 year old. This associate (with a cheek piercing for ID purposes). Scoffed at us because we didn’t have a fully prepped aquarium at home already. Told me that “time have changed” and I can’t just buy a goldfish and put it in a bowl. Offered no assistance or direction and just moved onto the next person leaving my 4 year very upset. It shouldn’t be this hard to buy a $5 fish…."

"Picked out supplies for our dog, waited quite a while to check out, was told that the system was not working when we finally went to check out... cash only... left empty handed. They could have told us when we went arrived"

"The staff are polite at register. Some of prices need updated. The bag of cat food was more expensive but tag said it was lower. Their aquariums need cleaned."
