They go above and beyond, I came into town to visit family for the Holiday and not only did they fit me in at the last minute, but the owner opened up on a Saturday to finish the grooming. "I hope you are not planning on having your dog groomed as promised 3x to groom our puppy by this person. Never called us back and realized it was just a lie to appease us. New appt , new groomer tomorrow. Could have just been honest and said she was too busy. Good luck here"

"4 Paws spa did an amazing job with my cat! She has been groomed before but never shaved, and she really needed it. My cat is NOT an angel, and did get a little feisty during her lion cut, but Jo had determination and such an amazing attitude about it. She has lots of experience! When I got my girl home, she was the happiest thing and couldn’t get enough pets. She smells amazing too. Thank you 4 Paws!"
