"I just can't take my dog back here. It really sucks but the way the lady acted about her boss is just ridiculous saying that her boss always cuts her off and never lets her talk and that she makes the decisions. Not her boss. Her boss is the one that told me if I preset my appointment every month it would be $45 nobody said anything at all about putting my dog through training or anything like that. But the groomer who is in charge. The second time I came decided to change everything up, raise the price and they only accept cash anyways. So I wonder how many people they actually report to their taxes. I'm sure it's not legit on top of that, how do I know that the extra $20 didn't go in her pocket and she didn't lie to her boss and say it was only 45? I cannot work with a company that has employees that don't respect their boss"

"Unfortunately I can only give this place 2 stars. I would love to have gave them five because the first time I came everything was great. The owner was there. It was $65 to do my dog. They made my dog look amazing. I thought it was great. They even put a little bow tie on him for Halloween.. and they told me that as long as I preseduled my appointments every single month, it would only be $45 a month. Well today when I went there for my preschedule appointment after I went to pick him up they changed the price to 65. The groomer told me that it was her call not the owners and then she supposedly told me about training which was never even mentioned. Didn't even know they do training there and then they said that I had to bring my dog to four weeks of training in order for it to be cheaper and that would be $50 at the time after the training was done. None of this was ever talked about. None of this was ever mentioned and then when I told her that the owner was the one that told me that she said well that she can wash your dog next time and then she went on to say that all she does is over talk her and that nobody listens to her and that she's been doing the server 40 years and that she's the one that sets the prices. Well that's fine. You can set your prices but you just lost a customer. I will not be coming back because nobody should be working for anybody if they can't respect them loss. If that's how you're going to act, go open. Your own place will not be bringing my dog back here. I'm sorry"

"My great dane has hyperkeratosis meaning she iver produces keratin. She had never been to the groomer before as I have usually bathed her myself however as she has gotten old and is no longer as easy moving as she used to be I made the decision to take her to a groomer and everything has been amazing so far even through the anxiety of being away from mom my dane was kept safe and treated wonderfully"

"They need to have a better policy for what they tell first time customers. I arrived for my appointment and was told I needed my cat to be in a carrier (I don’t have one because he does better without one). We don’t even use one for the vet. The woman told me, in a patronizing tone of course, I could go to Walmart and buy one then come back. I would have been fine with getting one ahead of time, but I should have been told that when I made the appointment. It makes sense and probably seems obvious if you have been in a grooming salon for years but to someone who hasn’t even taken a dog to the groomer, let alone a cat, it is not obvious. I would have liked to see some better service and won’t be returning. I wasted time and gas for nothing."
