"I've been living here few years now and I always was treated with respect anytime I had a service call or with anything the property manager and maintenance Guy is absolutely amazing my heat went out right in the middle of winter he fixed in a few hours the apartments are very well priced for this economy were in now. I Love it here. Hopefully you do to!!"

"MICE IN APARTMENT, OVERPRICED AND TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGER Upon moving in apartment is filthy, there are mice in my apartment that run around constantly. I have animals and pay $1000 a month rent. You think this is acceptable? You refuse to clean the apartment before a new tenant moves in and refuse basic maintenance and then charge these insane prices for an apartment smaller than most studios. NEVER LIVE HERE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH."

"Apartment is filthy upon moving in. Put your ear to the wall and you can make out every word of every conversation your neighbors are having. If your neighbors have dogs and they bark you can hear it so clearly it’s as if the dog is in your apartment. They claim double insulated walls, I would be surprised if there is any insulation. Apartment is constantly freezing, extremely tiny, obviously built with cheapness in mind. $1000 a month rent for this? I could get a house for the same price. Property manager is a lying, and deceiving slum lord."

"I have lived here for 1 year now and absolutely love it! The property manager Lisa is very helpful and if you have any concerns she replies very quickly. This is a very nice and quiet community and I really enjoy the single story living they have. I have excellent neighbors and absolutely zero complaints! If you’re looking for a quiet, enjoyable living area in Streetsboro this would be the place for you! They do have washer / dryer hookups if you please, but the on-site laundry facility works just as well. Again, if you’re looking for a quiet living community with great property management this is you’re place to go!"
