"Love Dr. William Brunner and his staff. Caring and compassionate."

"Dr Visci and his nurse are stellar. I have absolutely no complaints about the care I received from them. Dr Visci is kind and compassionate, as is his nurse. In fact, everyone there is nice, but the administrative staff are lacking. They barely return phone calls - you have to keep calling to stay on it or they never call back. And they make you visit the office again to fill out a form to have medical records transferred to your PCP. During intake they ask who your PCP is so at that time they should offer that form since the assumption is they will send them automatically since they're asking who the PCP is. Otherwise, why ask? Definitely improvements to their system could be made to make it easier on patients. But a return visit to fill out a form they should've offered right off is a ridiculous waste of time. So, I recommend the doctor but not this organization."

"Super rude staff. 100% would not recommend this location or NOMS to anyone. Blatant disregard for people."

"Probably some of the rudest staff I’ve ever spoken to. Have this issue every time I visit. Makes me extremely uncomfortable."
