"I have been treated rudely for every call I have had to this location when I was trying to get tests done here or trying see different doctors. They seem angry andhavnt returned my calls about scheduling appointments multiple times. I received bad care and when I asked for a different doctor was spoken rudely too and wasn't called back."

"I’ve been here for almost a year and so far so good, I notice the physician assistant is thorough, patient and informative, they actually care to let you know about your conditions and medications without having to ask each time, very helpful, only complaint is it takes too long to check in, I’ve almost gone past my appointment time serval times waiting, would be nice to have a mobile check in I can upload image of my insurance or something to be faster"

"I am leaving NOMS as I have seen the changes being made and am sick over it. They took over ST Vincents and ever since the entire landscape has changed . Appts are impossible to secure and they use undertrained "Gatekeepers " in the MD offices to weardown patients until they accept long waits for appts. This is a venture capital and private equity influenced business. With current MM paying 4.75% they need to rake off 20-25% per annum to keep up with their peers. They bought at the wrong time . ( Or did they?) Interest rates are up? Good news if you want to start buying debt! In order to achieve success they will take no prisoners to get their return. I will not subject myself or family members to this trainwreck.. In OH and in most states the regulations are lax and those that oversee heathcare are poorly trained and over worked. We are all on our own. Note the CEO of NOMS is a CPA not an MD never a good sign for a hospital/healthcare firm run by a CPA. CPA's are staff managers not CEO's in most successful private and public companies.( Remember Roger Smith) The Medical profession is an art as well as a science historically the profession was referred to as the "Medical Arts" There is no art in the life of a CPA. This is not a visionary lot. They are strictly "staff" in their function and value. They have great use but are seldom leaders. So in summary the old gray lady ST Vincent's a great institution has been taken over by some bottom feeders who sense weakness in this Heathcare marketplace- there is little future for this product.( Unless you have a pipeline to "first cost bad paper" In Cleveland UH and CC see no value here otherwise they would have taken over before this crew. Anti trust was not an issue as SV had my guess 1% of the marketshare in their SMSA. (This is where the CPA comes in) This entire situation is the result of too much "loose money" in the capital markets chasing too few good deals. This deal from the start is too small to attract white shoe firms -so what you get are regional folks that buy sub prime used car paper etc. I can't see this turnip of deal being buddled so I am ***guessing this is a medicare /medicaid receivable collection vehicle . A "feeder" operation to run the business at near loss levels to simply resell the paper . Since they paid almost or nothing for the "shell" this is a transactional business being run for not what they can profit from operationally but from what they can sell for as paper. and for the losses for the non cash tax benefits . They will try and claim double digit returns on capital ( without disclosing the cost basis is near zero so boy what a great return !!) Or from federal subsides they will realize from HHS. In either case the quality of the earnings smells ! And this what CPA's love to brag about at the golf outing. That is why no one wants to eat at their table except at tax time. As consumers we are victims in a sense so we must be very careful where we spend our time and who we trust. Consider that this entire venture could have nothing to do with healing people but maybe is no more than a way to capitalize on a depressed market's aging popluation's high risks of default on heathcare bills with a built in exit stategy for the losses. In either case I would not bet on any heathcare consumer seeing any value in associating with this NOMES to get well. The motives here are not sound in my opinion . This is not what UH or CC are doing or would do in my view. I may be all wet on my alternate reads on the investment strategy of this group but if I am I will eat my hat ! Good Luck to all to all good night."

"One star is generous. This place is a total dump, I've seen better hospitals in third world countries. The doctors are subpar and only want to prescribe medications that'll make you sicker and don't give a fucq about your health. Not only that, if you have a unpaid bill they won't even schedule you a new appointment unless you pay first, which by the way is illegal and totally unethical. I'm taking my business elsewhere."
