"My husband went to seem care Sunday around 3:15 PM. He was told he could not be seen because they were no longer taking walk ins since they close at 4:00 PM. As an advertised urgent care, you should be taking patients, including walk ins, up until your last appointment."

"I absolutely love The Little Clinic for minor illnesses. They have helped us out multiple times over the years, including the day we moved here from out of state and our 3 year old daughter was sick. I’ve never had a bad experience and definitely value how easy it is to make an appointment online. The NPs my family has seen seem knowledgeable and are friendly. I’m very thankful to have this option for urgent care!"

"If you make an appointment online, and you arrive on time, even a little early, then they take a walk in right ahead of you, this makes no sense. Literally right in front of me in line to check into the desk, a man came in as a walk in, I heard the conversation. The guy at the desk had him go right in. I reminded the desk clerk that my appointment was in about 8 minutes, he said he was aware. I ended up waiting 35 minutes past my actual appointment time. Appointments should take precedence over a walk in. And I got rudeness on top of it! I will go elsewhere. Ridiculous"

"Made an appointment online and when I got there they didn’t have my appointment in the system. Completely understand not sure where the glitch was and acknowledged it could be partially my fault. She asked why I needed to be seen and then told me she couldn’t see me. I asked why and she said she had another appointment scheduled in 20 minutes and didn’t offer to schedule my appointment. I asked her my options and she offered nothing. Left and got into a urgent care else where. Id suggest just starting with an urgent care."

"I took my 85 year old mother there, she couldn’t stop coughing, which at times she couldn’t breathe.they wouldn’t give her anything.they told her to go get a X-ray first,so we went to hospital & got an X-ray.the next morning they finally read her X-ray,Dr called, said she fluid in her chest, but wouldn’t give her anything?? Can’t get in to see her Dr.ER said a lot of people with COVID & she shouldn’t come there, so I took her home,so sick, I stopped & got her some whiskey & made her a hot toddy, finally I found some one that had some anabiotic‘s, she started on them 2nd day now.My Question is,what good is my little clinic if they can’t give someone so sick anything?? A wasted trip, will never go back. The people there are very nice tho. Just a Dr who can’t help the sick???"
