"I stayed for one night. I found the staff very friendly and very cooperative. They offered me breakfast even though I left very early in the morning (5am). Special thanks Rhonda and Loree for the amazing hospitality. I paid online but they asked for $60 refundable deposit when I checked in which surprised me. I think owner should re-consider this policy. Furthermore, the hotel is very affordable with clean room and located just beside the Walmart."

"This place is a joke. I have stayed in this location several times before. Have never had an issue until now. I booked a room on points. They asked for a deposit I put it on my company card. When I checked out they said I had meth pipes in my room. I have not ever used meth before. So I wouldn't know what the hell they are talking about in the first place. I do know I'm a diamond member I stay in several hotels across the country drug's have never been a problem for me. However Drugs have been an issue at this hotel for years. Don't leave a card on file you won't get your money back they will lie to keep your money. And they have bed bugs"

"Bathroom was the first thing that hit us. The shower/tub had a large patch at one end that was separating from the wall, the had numerous brushed on repairs, the heater was noisy and didn't seem to work correctly. The bed had a dip you could feel the springs. This wasn't the owners problem but at 6:00 am someone started blasting music in the next room. I called the front desk and got busy signal, I assumed they were getting flooded with complaints. Waited 30 minutes and called again and someone answered and said they'd be right up, which they did, I heard them knocking on the door. They didn't get a response and hear the room phone ring, still no response and again I heard banging on the door. The music finally stopped about 7:30. I will give credit for fast response once I got through to the desk."

"Reserved a room for three nights. Checked in and three hours later. My doctor called to let me know he could get me in for surgery in two days. I informed front desk I needed to leave in the morning to get ready for my surgery and I was told I would be refunded the last two nights. I was even given a receipt of a refund. It is over two months and I am still paying on the room that I did not stay in those two Nights."

"Location is close to restaurants. That’s all the good I have to say about this hotel. The elevators smell of cigarettes, The hallways and room smell of too much bleach that it’s no longer pleasing and the bathroom. The tub was leaking. Bathtub and sink all rusted up. In general I’ve come to see that the privately managed choice hotels are terrible! From service to the physical appearance."
