"My recent visit to Hyde Park Steakhouse was a mixed bag of delights and disappointments. Despite the promising menu and inviting ambiance, several factors impacted our dining experience. To start, our anticipation was dulled by the absence of the appetizers we ordered, which never made it to our table. This initial hiccup left us waiting and slightly disheartened. Moving on to the main course, the steak, unfortunately, fell short of expectations, arriving overcooked. However, the staff were quick to acknowledge the error and offered a sincere apology along with a complimentary dessert, which helped to mitigate the disappointment. On a brighter note, the burgers at Hyde Park Steakhouse were indeed a highlight. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, they provided a delicious alternative to the underwhelming steak. Overall, while the dining experience at Hyde Park Steakhouse had its ups and downs, with missed appetizers and a misstep with the steak, the prompt apology and complimentary dessert demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. For those who prefer burgers, Hyde Park Steakhouse certainly delivers on taste and quality."

"Absolutely amazing. Food is delicious, staff is fantastic and location is perfect. One of the few places of this caliber where the portions are perfect. I eat like a horse and I still had enough for a to go box with basically a full meal. Love it, will definitely be my to go place for a fancy dinner going forward."

"On a date night with my wife, the hostesses at the coat check were very friendly and actually assisted with our coats. The food was great our server Angela was very attentive but a little bit hard to hear but that might be the atmosphere, it was a little loud in the dining room. . One small mistake was made but they were very quick to correct it. Overall a wonderful experience and glad we didn't listen to the most recent reviews.We will be back soon!"

"Came here for dinner and the service and food was fantastic! The only hiccup was that we reserved seating on the patio, but had to wait 20 mins for a table. Our server Nicole though went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was great. The lobster was so delicious and melted in your mouth like butter. The steaks were all cooked perfectly. The only thing that I would not recommend getting was the lobster bisque - it was very fishy, but Nicole took it off the tab without even asking. Finished the night off with an espresso martini that was phenomenal. Would definitely be back."
