"I was referred to this Center by Leah Liddy. I have gotten great care so far since becoming a patient in February of this year. I had a Pap smear and an IUD placed. Both went well. The Nurse Practitioner (Megan Ashley) is great."

"Specifically requested an OBGYN, got a nurse practitioner. Bad test results were automatically released on MyChart, I have called the office, haven’t heard a response in nearly 24 hours. Go elsewhere."

"I am vaccine injured from the covid 19 vaccine and have been sick for over 500 days. I went to see them because I've not had a cycle in a year and I'm currently in testing for leukemia. The doctor who came in was completely insensitive to my injury and had the nerve to tell me that my missing cycles are "a good sign because it means your immune system had a really robust response to the vaccine." This is absolutely false. I've been sick over 500 days with this and the truth is my body wasn't supposed to do this. It's not a good sign. I could be dying and her response is "it's a good sign". Are you hearing yourself and how bogus that sounds? I will allow them to run the tests they ordered but I will be moving practices. A woman missing her cycle is only a good sign when she's trying yo conceive. Any woman knows this. How can a doctor say this????"

"Nice enough staff but there seems to be a major issue with follow through. They seem to forget you exist as soon as you leave the office if not earlier. I've had to call them three times in the past 6 months to actually send my prescriptions to my pharmacy even after mentioning them forgetting it the first time it happened. I've had to check my test results several times online because they don't let you know one way or the other and now I have to wait until the weekend is over to consult with them about abnormal results for a test that was done over a week ago. Very frustrating at times and causes unnecessary stress. Updated to add they literally just called to cancel another appointment due to a provider not being available at 2:30PM on a Friday for an appointment next Thursday. Apparently the phones are "off" there even though they're on enough to call me to cancel. Really irritating as usual. I can't just rework my schedule at a whim. My appointment was scheduled for the only time my husband had off so he could watch our children. I'll be looking for another OB this place has become Walmart Women's Clinic."

"I have not had a bad experience with Kettering Health Network in general but I must say the medical residents, nurses and nurse aides at Southview are absolutely amazing. They’ve been nothing but supportive and patient and kind. I have mental health issues and it just got worse when I got pregnant. I was taught coping skills and prescribed a low dose anti-depressant and treated with respect when I showed concerns, logical or not."
