"I've been a new patient for barely 2 months, and have had major issues across the board. Between running late on appointments, constantly, to not keeping me informed. When I first met her, I was happy, but over the next few appointments, sorely disappointed. Over 30 minutes late on an appointment so I rescheduled because I needed to get back to work. Rescheduled for the week after, 15 minutes late calling me back, then sat alone for 20 minutes. I ran out of vacation time just for two visits, one actually being seen. I do not feel like I was heard or cared for properly. Between being late and the front office staff constantly on phones and showing videos, I feel this place is not the place for me. I was uninformed about a medication I was supposed to take prior to a visit, and it was because they never called it in or spoke to me about it. I want to feel like my thoughts and words are heard. When I ask for a re-test and do not receive one as I've asked more than once, then I feel like I am not being heard and therefore, not being treated as a person, but a paycheck. Next."

It was a tough time for me being away from my family; however she made me feel secure and ensured me I was doing the right thing.
