"How do you realistically provide care when you turn people away because they miss an appointment. Have you heard of uncontrollable circumstances that arise? This is why people give up on getting seen at DRS because there is no empathy or regard WHICH are fundamental characteristics of HEALTH CARE!"

"I went to an OB appointment with Dr. Robinson several days ago, and it went both well and not so well. Dr. Robinson was kind, understanding, and patient. She heard all of my concerns, followed me down every rabbit hole, and provided me with some form of medical explanation as clarification. For over a year now, I kept explaining the same symptoms, yet different doctors kept running the same standard tests that kept coming back negative. Dr. Robinson ran additional tests that returned positive for infections that caused the same symptoms I have been experiencing. I did not like this place because I feel like they have haphazard practices with cleanliness and procedures that are concerning. In their defense, I am hypervigilant. I went to put my urine tube behind the door in the restroom cubby, and there was already an open urine tube there that was forgotten. Another thing that bothered me was that the clamp that was removed from within me was thrown in the sink. I have seen many OBs throughout the years, and that was a first. It made me question how clean the clamp was before it was used on me and whether that's how they handled most or all of the reusable medical equipment there. Everyone also seemed reserved and almost sad. It made me wonder what was happening behind the scenes to create such an environment. I have another appointment scheduled there for an ultrasound, but I am on the fence about returning. I would love to see Dr. Robinson again, but maybe not at this facility. I am honestly concerned that I could get an infection from a future visit, and I have been unable to overcome these feelings since my last visit."

"Literally every person I have encountered here has been absolutely lovely, thorough, and informative. Angela (NP) and Dr. RK were so sweet and kind when I was scared. They were both gentle and walked me through everything. All of the nurses have been wonderful as well. Very sad Dr. Woods has retired, but I feel like I am in good hands."
