"Everything was just great! There was a mixup with the travel agency and the hotel staff was super-nice and accomodating to help us get it straightened out. they had to call the manager/supervisor who was off-site who was also super-nice. They put us in a room even before the details were settled but they helped us calmly get everything straightened out and really went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Aside from that the room was as expected and we used the breakfast provided which was really nice. There were no suprises... everything was just really nice and the staff was super! We were very happy."

"First off I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. We booked online 2 hours before arriving using company credit card which is on my account. We arrived at 12:30am very tired and we’re greeted by a worker who at first glance I thought was the Janitor but ended up being the desk clerk. Ok no big deal. Then he denied us our room because it was a company card. Now we stay at choice hotels 4 to 5 times a week never a problem. This individual was lazy and had no solution and turned us away. We went across the street to the best western with no reservation and was greeted with respect booked in and in our rooms in minutes. Trust me take your business across the street to Best western way more reliable and dependable. I recommend never using this comfort inn. I know our company will never use them again"

"I stayed midweek during the off-season for Kings Island. Despite the fact of the parking lot was full indicating that the hotel was as well, the place was very quiet with no smoke smell in the hallways nor in the room. The room itself is small and somewhat outdated, not the cleanest but clean enough. The bed was reasonably comfortable but not the best, same could be said for the pillows. The heat struggled to keep the room comfortable Even though The low was around 30°.. All in all extremely acceptable for the $50 price I paid. If you're looking for a place to take the family on vacation this is not where I would recommend coming, but for somebody stopping overnight or a few days it's perfectly fine."

"Hotel was a little dated, but clean. Free breakfast was slim compared to other hotels offering free breakfast. Waffles, toast, bananas, and yogurt were all that was available at our stay."

"Stayed a week at this location. It's an older building but it was nice. Breakfast was basic but it was yummy. There were hot and cold options for you to choose from. I really enjoyed the strawberry flavored waffles with chocolate chips. The rooms were clean. They were very helpful at the front desk. They had an outside pool. Fun shaped. It is NOT heated. So it was definitely cold. But on a warm day it would feel good. The elevator can be intimidating as it's old, but works well and gets the job done. Overall it was a nice location. The beds and pillows in our room were super soft. Would recommend this location."
