"Avoid this place at all cost, they will steal money from you, They have a local fee that they charge and won’t tell you about it until after you book your room. They will accuse people smoking in their room even though they have us on camera every time we went out to smoke. Then if they don’t like you they will make false accusations about noise complaints. They are very judge-mental and unprofessional. When you call to complain they just hang up on you. The police is investigating a charge that wasn’t even in their system. I will be bringing the news to that hotel. This is a very bad business. Not worth it don’t get robbed by them. If possible I would rate this place zero stars like who’s going to pay $367.11 for a 2 star hotel. They are removing more money from my account as of today, my bank added up over $1000. This is non sense. Stop robbing people!"

"We booked the room and stated that my two service dogs would be joining us. When we checked in the lady (named Mariah) said she was putting a $150 deposit on our card that would be lifted when we checked out. Upon check out I asked for a copy of my invoice. That showed $150 pet fee. I told them that was supposed to be a security deposit as the lady stated the night before, and she said "no, it's a pet fee" I told her that they were my service dogs and she said "my boss said it doesn't matter all pets pay a fee" I told her that Hilton Hotels states on their website that service animals are exempt from such fees but she continued to tell me I could call or email her boss on Tuesday January 2nd since he was off for the next 2 days. I must travel with them, they are necessary for my safety and I know they are exempt from fees. We travel several times a year and we have stayed at Hilton Hotels every time because they are clean, convenient and generally have great customer service. We have never had an issue, nor a complaint about our dogs. The front desk lady and another employee looked at the computer and CONFIRMED that Mariah had put in her notes" security deposit" when she checked us in. She called the General Manager, who proceeded to ask me personal information about my disability while the lady on the phone was relaying what he was saying to me 4 other people were overhearing while I was being mocked and questioned. I tried to politely explain that these dogs alert when I am about to have a seizure and are necessary for my safety even though I know legally I am not required to disclose that information and they still said too bad I had to show proof, which I know is not true. After I left I emailed the Manager and he was so rude and unprofessional to me. He was making false claims about what I said on the phone to him (I hadn’t even spoken to him)"

"Have stayed at this property numerous times with no issues but after this it may be my last. While getting ready for bed found a large blood spot on the pillow. After 70 stays this year at many different locations this is the first 1 star review I had to give."

"Ivy saved the day after our first hotel was overbooked! We were on our honeymoon, and a bit bummed, but when we called to check availability here, she assured us we would be safe and in a room in no time! Boy was that ever true. We loved her charming personality and hospitality so much we decided to come back to this hotel on our drive back home, just because we felt so safe and welcome. A bit outside the city, but a short drive to just about everything. This hotel is a hidden gem."

"First walked early around noon. Was there for a check in. I was told check in isn't until 3pm. Very odd for a major hotel chain like Hilton. As a business traveler with over 100 nights a year in hotels and a Diamond member, if there's a room available you get it. Not by a magical time of 3pm. Guess it wouldn't have been so bad if the older woman had better customer manners. Seemed the front desk as a whole struggled throughout the 3 nights I stayed. The rest of the staff were terrific. Clean rooms and lobby area, well maintained. The bed linens and pillows are definitely below average but clean. Great location and facility. Management should consider a closer look at their policies and procedures. As well as, customer service training. Thank you"
