"I travel a lot all over the country and I usually stay at Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn. My stay at this Hampton Inn was memorable for a "small reason." These hotels are consistently clean - rarely any issues. What made my stay at this hotel different was DOMINIC. I asked if I could leave all my bags by the desk while I parked my car. DOMINIC offered to take my bags to my room while I parked. Sounds like a small thing, but when you've been traveling all day, it was a super nice service to perform. After I parked, my bags were waiting on me by the time I got to my room. Service is STILL the great difference-maker in business. Well done, DOMINIC!"

"I normally love Hampton Inn & Suites and make sure to book when I'm traveling, even if it costs a little more. However, this location specifically left a very sour taste in my mouth, which is such a disappointment. I booked a two night stay in a standard queen room with my mom. We were traveling from approximately 3 hours away and needed to be in the area to help my grandparents with medical issues. To start, when we checked in (approximately 7:30pm) none of the typical refreshments were available. There was trash scattered about the outside of the property and the staff were using the check in "cover" for their own personal parking, including the maintenance van. The evening clerk was very polite but seemed to be unsure of most items. My mother is partly disabled, so we requested a room either on the first floor or right next to the elevator. He was able to accommodate this request on the second floor. The room was mostly clean but packed that warm welcome up on entering, as it was pitch black. When checking for bedbugs, none were identified. However, much of the hotel had very dirty carpet and the toilet in our room had deep brown stains at the bottom of the bowl, which just felt icky. The bed was super comfortable, but the pillows were paper thin and we found that no matter what we did, we couldn't get comfortable all night and both woke up several times. Depending on how you look at it (positive or negative, depending on the person) pets are allowed in the hotel for an extra fee. Unfortunately, a room located just a few doors down from us has two very large dogs that barked ALL the time, for our entire stay and the staff never addressed it. The evening clerk both nights was a very nice young man, however we came to find out he was only 17 years old. This was discovered when we inquired why there was not alcohol in the limited stock store (because legally he wouldnt be able to sell it). We were shocked a child would be working well into the night. Most of this could be overlooked, however the remaining part of our stay took a turn for the worst. At the end of our second night we requested a late check out because the noon checkout conflicted with a medical appointment for my grandmother. The young man was incredibly helpful and asked what time we needed, noting the requested 2:00pm on his notebook and assured us he would let the morning staff know. On our final morning we packed the majority of our belongings and enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast, which was great. The maintenance staff was on site and working on the elevator. This presented a HUGE issue for my disabled mother. The elevator was down for hours! This was after the maintenance staff set off the fire alarm at 9:30am. We left around 10:00am to tend to the needed medical issues. Imagine my shock when we received a message at 12:18pm from Brandy at the hotel. I immediately stepped outside and called back. Brandy rudely informed me that they had entered the room and wanted to know why we hadn't checked out. I explained we requested a late check out the night before and were over 30 minutes away. She then proceeded to tell me that the evening clerk was wrong, he shouldn't have told me a late check out was allowed, and even if so the latest check out is 12:30pm (which made me wonder why she was calling before 12:30?!) And essentially they could not accommodate it. She continued to provide rude comments and made the whole issue my fault and told me we needed to clear out of the room right away. Of course, we immediately headed the 30 minutes back to the hotel and we were able to clear out no later than 1:30pm, making sure to check with the front desk before departing. As for the rest of the facility... the pool was small but warm, no hot tub unfortunately. The fitness room was clean and had a decent amount of equipment and there was also a small enclosed business center available 24-hours a day with two computers. The breakfast area was tidy, well maintained and the food was good. Would not recommend and will not stay again."

"To be honest, it’s my least favorite Hampton/Hilton I have to stay in for travel. Rooms don’t get as cool as I would like and usually the staff isn’t near the front desk when I arrive. Their breakfast is probably the worst hotel breakfast that I have had. Waited on coffee and it was just really outdated. The staff was really nice once available and it was a really quiet stay."

"Don't. Just don't. I booked one-king bed for 4 nights. The mattress cover had gross stains. I rejected that room, and they gave me two-queens for my stay. All three beds had multiple stains. Floors gross. Fridge gross. I booked a room at a nearby hotel and left. The only positive is that canceling the room was very easy. Guess it happens often."

"Would not recommend. Arrived at this hotel during our vacation in June. Was told at the front that all housekeepers had called out that day. There were no clean rooms and it would be a while before a room was available for us. Lobby was dingy and honestly looked like it had not been cleaned in a long while. This was also where breakfast was to be served. Manager was not available to talk with us. Called Hilton Honors and they also had trouble getting in touch with the manager. Because I had checked in online using the app the night before, they could not release the reservation and the manager refused to do so. There was no way we were staying at this hotel after seeing the lobby and not being able to speak to a manager. We were forced to pay one nights charges ($200) and then was release from the other nights that were reserved. In the 15+ years we have been staying at Hilton hotels, we have never had this type of issue or lack of service from management."
