"We took our dogs here for daycare for 2 days when we came up from Tennessee for my husband to have a procedure at Cleveland Clinic. The first day, they were so calm and happy when we picked them up, so we knew it was a good choice. The second day, my husband wound up having to stay overnight in the hospital. I called Pet Palace to see if they could board overnight so I could stay with my husband. They happily converted them to overnight boarding and fed them dinner and breakfast (their food was at our hotel). They removed so much stress and worry from me, allowing me to focus on my husband. Picked them up this morning, and they looked great! I would highly recommend them!"
