Frey's Place is a unique enrichment-focused dog daycare, training, and walking institution located at 1825 Webster Street in Dayton, Ohio. Our facility offers 10,000 sq. ft of space, including 750 sq. ft of outdoor area for your furry friends to enjoy. Our daycare program includes a splash pad, swimming pool, nose work, specialized enrichment activities, training reinforcement, art projects, and customized play structures to build agility confidence. We incorporate a specialized enrichment program that engages all five senses: olfactory, auditory, touch, sight, and taste.
In addition to daycare services, we also offer family-friendly events, pack walks, and training sessions. Our staff is highly qualified and certified in canine behavior, training, and first aid. We have years of experience in managing animal care and behavioral issues, specializing in fear-based behaviors and behavioral deterioration.
At Frey's Place, we offer a different approach to training that focuses on boosting confidence and reducing reactivity and fear in your dog. Our custom-designed features, such as "The Dawg House" and "The Land of the Littles," along with our splash pad and indoor pools, provide a fun and stimulating environment for your pets. "Maria and Mike are AMAZING with my little hooligans! Our pups are so excited to see them in the morning they literally BUST through the door and Toffee falls asleep in the backseat as soon as they get in the car at the end of the day. Maria has also helped a TON with their impulse control. "We had Maria over for a private training session last night for our new rescue pup. I can't tell you how impressed we were with her knowledge and ability to read our dogs. We also have a 12-year-old pit bull that we were not really concerned with, but she was able to give us simple instructions to help stop their barking. We were extremely frustrated and confused by some of the information we were told from other trainers. Maria told us easy simple corrections that worked! We are so looking forward to implementing them in the days ahead to gain the peace back in our house. Her calm and matter of fact approach is just what we needed."
