"Had a very poor customer service experience, bought a normally stocked letter jacket as a surprise birthday present, that they had to order because they were out of them in stock. When I gave it to my son, he let us know that he did not want a letter jacket, which is his prerogative I guess... Upon trying to return the item, I was told that because they ordered it, regardless of whether it was something they normally carried or not, that they would have to charge me a 30% restocking fee...On a $250 purchase this I a $70+ fee just to resell this jacket to the next person walking in...I will never buy from this store again, this was a perfect opportunity for them to show how they really take care of their customers..."

"Ordered a high school letter jacket there. Nothing embroidered on it as we were giving it as a gift and wanted our son to be able to decide what he wanted on it. Our son was not as excited about the jacket as we were so when we went to return it, they would only give a partial refund. Keep in mind, this can be resold at full price. So they made money off of a customer being unsatisfied! What business doesn't accept returns? This one!! Will never go there again!!"

"Triple S Sports aka Hub Victor was contracted to embroider our company logo onto new Nike golf shirts to be used as promotional items and employee incentives/awards. In the past, they have done a great job for us and the shirts looked fantastic. Recently the quality has deteriorated substantially. Typically we send 5-6 shirts at a time to be embroidered. The last two sets of shirts were done so poorly, we had to change from embroidered logos to heat transfers (iron on) logos. The last two sets of shirts with embroidered logos all had "pucker" damage around the logo. Pucker damage is when the shirt is over stretched during the embroidery process and then, when the process is complete, the shirt material around the logo looks wrinkled and crumpled/raised up, like puckered lips. The damage can not be ironed out or repaired. The shirts were ruined. We decided to switch to heat transferred logos temporarily because we had been dealing with this issue for several months and were behind on awarding shirts to our top employees and needed a quick fix. We sent 10-12 shirts to be serviced. 3 of the shirts came back fine, but the remainder of the shirts had significant burn/melt damage from the heat transfer process. A T-square was placed on the shirts during the transfer process in order to set the logo evenly. The T-Square heated up to a temperature such that it left permanent marks on the shirts where the material was burned/melted from the hot metal. These shirts were damaged beyond repair and the damage extended from the collar, all the way down the sleeve and then down the front of the shirt. Basically, a perfect outline of the T-square was burned into the shirts. After returning the burned shirts, I was shocked by the complete lack of understanding and compassion demonstrated by the office manager, Courtney. She refused to replace ANY of the damaged shirts and refused to take any responsibility because, according to her "they did not do anything out of the ordinary with pressing them". Courtney acted in a most unprofessional manner in her emails to me, insinuating that somehow "we were the problem" and actually told me to take my business elsewhere. I've never felt so insulted. Very disappointing ."
