"Extremely satisfying service provided by Dr. Kim and the entire team. I usually take time to write any review and that’s what I’m doing now. We have been visiting this place for more than three years now and undoubtedly we will continue going there. Our female Beagle is going there since her puppyhood. She’s always happy with her vet team. She likes to meet them and enjoy their company. We are blessed that our Beagle never showed unpleasant feelings while they are handling her. She is not afraid of taking vaccines which means that the vet team are taking good care of her. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable, but most importantly he is reasonable by all means. His suggestions and recommendations are useful. His opinions about vaccination and/or medicines are relevant and reasonable. The team members are professional and responsive. They always showed their effort to make our visits easy and convenient. We understand that all pets are very important for their owners so, we never hesitate to wait until the previous visitors are done with their stuff. Because when our terms comes, Dr. Kim and his team always gave us enough time to get our stuff done. So, undoubtedly he is doing the same thing to everyone else. They make every effort to accommodate us during their Saturday slots because that’s what fits best with our schedules. We will definitely recommend others to try them. They are doing their best. "Everyone has designated parking but them so I hard to park in the back and walk with my pet carrier, waited over 15 minutes to be seen after scheduling an appointment three weeks out - left I felt so invalidated by staff that had time to run a vacuum while I waited which highly increased my animals distress but not to let me know they were running behind. Believe they are an emergency clinic not a veterinarian clinic based on their response. The reason they were late was because they were dealing with an emergency- stated my cat was not as sick as this cat. So when you go make sure your pet is sick so it can be seen? I was not asked to be scheduled at my convenience and if staff can take the time to clean cant’t they take the time to tend to relationship with clients and let them know you are running behind?"

"My little Heaven is not a fan of the vet. We decided to come to this clinic because it’s closer to home, and on a recommendation from a neighbor. Dr. Kim and his assistant (terribly sorry, I forgot her name) were so kind and patient with Heaven. They took good care when drawing her blood and even gave her cookies. Dr. Kim suggested a plan for my dog’s teeth so I don’t have to unnecessarily put her under for teeth cleanings. I am just overall impressed with everything from the care they took, the environment, and the cost!"
