"Cant follow simple directions. You dont speak an American but an individual who has an Indian accent and they tell me they cant look up policy until next day. Asked them to fax a documents to state so they mail them and then tell me that it would take 3-4 days to take effect even though I call last week. Couldnt answer simple questions about if they added what i requested to the policy. Sat on hold for over 15 minutes multiple times"

"Changes made to my policy without my consent. Called to speak to someone to correct the issue, was told that an internal error was made on my policy and I would have to call back. Once I finally spoke with someone, they tried to quote me a higher annual premium than I had. Lucy (supervisor) assured me that I will stay at my quote premium that was sent out to me. I have made 3 calls and been giving the run around every since. I have been with met life auto for a long time, this kind of service will have me looking into other insurance companies. The worst customer service ever!"
